Rice Milk
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice
- 4 cups water
- stevia to taste
- Pour rice and water in a bowl with lid, refrigerate overnight.
- Blend the rice and water on high with a stick blender for about two minutes or in a regular blender for about one minute.
- Strain through a cheese cloth, blend in some stevia to taste.
- Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
